The Path teaches ancient meditation techniques in a modern way. We host sits each Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Friday at lunchtimes — and bring together our community for social events so we can meet other mindful people in NY.
The Path seeks to raise global consciousness and make people more aware of themselves and their impact on others.
