

Gratitude meditation develops our muscle to find and experience goodness all around us, it increases joy and a healthy self esteem. Each time we meditate on gratitude we build on the effects of the previous meditation, gradually transforming our inner landscape. It is recommended to do this meditation daily until we feel fluency and can do it on our own with ease.
